A bit about us

We are a company with two distinct responsibilities; domestic and commercial. Our domestic department consists of three retail outlets covering Trowbridge, Westbury and Gillingham. The company has always offered good down to earth information and an extensive knowledge of products, technology and customers' needs in order to provide the service everyone would wish from their local supplier. We have been in business in the area for 45 years and have built an exceptional relationship with many local families serving in some cases three generations. Although we have grown considerably in this time we consider every customer, large or small, important.

Our Call centre has state of the art equipment, we have invested heavily in both IT and communication equipment to ensure that we are able to deal with your query or order as efficiently as possible.

Delivery

We use a variety of carriers to deliver goods, small items are delivered by royal mail or a specialist courier where as large, heavy or bulky items are delivered via a specialist two man delivery team. Delivery to most parts of the UK mainland is FREE (click the button below to see if we deliver to your area free).
